Services

When hired to work an event, we are responsible for alcohol the guests are served and drinking responsible. At your event, you will receive a bartender that is ABC certified and has the authority to check or refuse service to anyone that is under 21 or showing signs of inebriation.

note of the following

  • Guest are not allowed to self-serve alcoholic beverages.
  • We reserve the right to refuse service to any guest that is showing signs of inebriation or providing alcoholic beverages to minors.
  • If facility or venue request the shut down of the bar or guest to not be served, bartender must comply.
  • E & K bartenders reserve the right to close bar if the conditions are deemed unsafe for guest.

Limiting Alcohol To Guest

  1. Offer non-alcoholic beverages instead of alcoholic beverages.
  2. Notify management and/or any security officer present.
  3. Notify Client of any individuals are needing extra care and ensure they have a Designated Driver.
  4. Request the call of a transportation service.
  5. Police can be call if situation escalates    

Last Call

The bar will close 30 minutes prior to the end of music or event. Last call will happen 15 minutes to that closing time.

Tip Jar

E & K not only provide a next level service but an entertainment behind the bar that makes the bar more fun and encourages guest to do the same. Tip jars are encouraged for our bartender but not required. We will place a tip jar out unless instructed not to by client. Bartender must obtain approval from PAYING client regarding tip jar.

Payment

Deposit of 50% of the agreed price is due to hold date. Final payment is due 30 days prior to the event.

We can only accept cash, Venmo, cash app. or a check made out to “E & K Professional Bartending”. We cannot accept credit cards.  We bill for time that is worked which will include setup and breakdown time.  Invoices will be emailed to client with all charges explained. Tips can be added to overall total or given as cash to bartender.
